Shipping Methods
Shipments to Greece:
The courier company we work with is Geniki Taxidromiki.
For purchases from € 50.00 onwards shipping is free. The delivery of the products to your place is done with a cooperating courier company.
Shipping within Attica: For orders less than € 50.00 shipping costs are € 3.50.
Shipping to the rest of Greece and the islands: For orders less than € 50.00 shipping costs are € 4.50.
In case one of the products is not available, the waiting time will be notified to you by e-mail.
The amount you pay for the shipment of the parcel is valid in any case, whether it is delivered to you by the courier company at your place or you receive your package from the local office of the cooperating courier company.
Shipments to Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus are made within 7 to 11 working days with a cooperating courier company General Post and the shipping costs are 9.90 € for orders up to 5kg. For over 5 kg the price is determined depending on the extra pounds.
For delivery with delivery within 2 working days, the charge is € 21.00 up to 2 kg weight.
Returns policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
It is clarified that the returned products must not be used, worn, modified or the packaging accompanying the product must be damaged. Products should be returned exactly as they were when you received them along with the retail receipt. You must also call by phone at 2177044818 (Mon-Fri 09: 00-17: 00) or by e-mail at info@casmaragreece.gr to give you instructions.
For hygiene reasons products that have been used or opened are not returned under any circumstances. If the corresponding product you want is not available, we will refund your money or you can choose another product that you may be interested in.In all the above cases the return costs are borne by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product the cost of return and resending is borne by the customer.
Replacement
Defective Product
In case you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you.
However, you must notify us immediately by e-mail at info@casmaragreece.gr or by phone at 2177044818 (Mon-Fri 09: 00-17: 00) to send you instructions for its return. If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or we can refund your money.
(The site has no warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.)
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@casmaragreece.gr or call 2177044818 (Mon-Fri 09: 00-17: 00). You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store and within 12 working hours.
